Should any material changes be made to the ways in which we use personally identifiable information, Daraja Children’s Choir will take commercially reasonable measures to obtain e-mail consent from you. Further, personally identifiable information is only accessed by 410 Bridge personnel on a “need to know” basis. Generally, a donation to Daraja Children’s Choir is, like all charitable donations, not refundable. Daraja Children’s Choir may consider (in its absolute discretion) a refund if the donation was made accidentally or in some other extremely unusual circumstance if Daraja Children’s Choir receives a written request within 48 hours of the donation. Daraja Children’s Choir will never issue a refund after the donated funds have been granted to a project. If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so you should shred it.
